17th Annual Digital Symposium
The Digital Symposium aims to recognize academic works by undergraduate and graduate students at Florida State University. The online exhibition features written pieces, graphics, presentations, and websites from selected students. The 17th edition of the Digital Symposium carries the theme "Illuminations," which considers how unconventional forms of creative works foster learning and experimentation. I was a four-time participant in the 17th Annual Digital Symposium, as well as a featured presenter at the Open House showcasing the digital archive.

Writer's Regimen Flyer
While completing an internship with the nationally renowned literary magazine Southeast Review, Addison Delgado and Leah Pagan designed this graphic to promote the magazine’s summer fundraiser, Writer’s Regimen. The flyer was used in all promotional content, including outreach to over 100 universities and social media posts across SER’s eight platforms. Delgado and Pagan utilized Canva to design this graphic with the theme and color palette decided by the Spring 2027 intern team.

KOMP Promotional Graphic
Leah Pagan designed this promotional Instagram Story for the student start-up company KOMP, which is led by computing students at Florida State University. She visualized the company’s pillars of creating accessibility, incentivization, and community around collegiate sports offerings into a minimalist style and duo-tone color palette. Her branding principles were incorporated into all visuals for the company, which she also designed as the Marketing Intern for KOMP.

Character Concept Art
The pictured characters, Marilyn (left) and Chris (right), represent digital artist Leah Pagan’s aspirations to design character art for animated films. The characters were conceptualized for an original TV series that Pagan is currently developing as a passion project. She enjoyed creating the character’s clashing preppy and goth aesthetics and developing a distinct inking style. The characters were designed in Procreate and reflect the artist's emphasis on character design as a method to develop story arcs and plot-lines alongside written material.

Leah Pagan's Portfolio
Leah Pagan’s portfolio encompasses her two years of experience in the graphic design industry, as well as her budding career in freelance design and digital illustration. Pagan highlights her work with the College of Communication and Information as organizational leader, marketing internships with KOMP and the Southeast Review, and work with local creatives as a concept artist. The portfolio is continuously updated to serve as a reference for recruiters and gateway to her commissions page, which she is currently developing in tandem with a business Instagram account.
